Todd, Appreciate your time and expertise. You're bloody amazing!

Todd, I wanted to let you know how incredibly helpful Brad was last week when we had a pipe leaking in the house.  It was after 5 pm, and I couldn't find anyone to deal with it.  I took a leap and called Brad, who I knew was coaching an important football game for Fletcher that evening, to see if by chance he knew anyone.  As you know, we are working with Brad on doing some overall improvements to hour home in Atlantic Beach. I can't tell you how incredibly helpful he was.  Brad immediately got Mike from your company over here who got the problem contained.  He didn't hesitate to do what he had to, regardless of the fact that it was around 7pm now.  The following day another of your folks, also named Mike came over and repaired the broken pipe issue and was very helpful in doing so. I wanted to tell you this since it is difficult to get people to seem to care anymore, and Brad was so incredibly helpful in getting our potentially serious issue contained and fixed.  He didn't have to do that, and he didn't have to send people over immediately to help, but he did.  This is what creates customers for life, and I assure you we will always use your firm when we have constructions projects to do, as clearly you have differentiated yourselves through people like Brad and his team! Thank you so much!

If there was ever a question in our minds about your Bosco maintenance program (there was not), late yesterday would have solved that. We did not expect anyone to answer the phone after 5pm and only intended to leave a message. We would have felt lucky to get Noah out the next day - in times like this, many are having problems. Noah arrived within the hour, claimed up on the roof and sealed the leaky area. We know that if we had to go to the yellow pages and call a roofer, we would still be trying to get a call through. We could probably expect a repair in June. We are glad you have your vans marked like you do. That's how we spotted Noah "making his rounds" and found you all. You can be assured that we will be sharing our experiences with others - from the original "fix it up", to the kitchen light enhancement (your great idea), to the maintenance program. Noah and Trish have "armed us" with your cards and magnetic stickers to pass out. Thanks again!

As a former builder, it was easy for me to recognize Todd's ability and professionalism. His attention to the details and style that I attempted to create was sensitive and paralleled to my own. His skill at translating my own ideas ultimately resulted int he exact design that I wanted to create. Todd's leadership skills were evident in how smoothly his subcontractors were able to coordinate their schedule and to complete the project on time. Equally as impressive has been Todd's attention to his ongoing Hurricane protection program. At the first sign of a threatening storm his crew are there providing the skill and manpower to protect my house.
