Todd, I wanted to let you know how incredibly helpful Brad was last week when we had a pipe leaking in the house.  It was after 5 pm, and I couldn't find anyone to deal with it.  I took a leap and called Brad, who I knew was coaching an important football game for Fletcher that evening, to see if by chance he knew anyone.  As you know, we are working with Brad on doing some overall improvements to hour home in Atlantic Beach. I can't tell you how incredibly helpful he was.  Brad immediately got Mike from your company over here who got the problem contained.  He didn't hesitate to do what he had to, regardless of the fact that it was around 7pm now.  The following day another of your folks, also named Mike came over and repaired the broken pipe issue and was very helpful in doing so. I wanted to tell you this since it is difficult to get people to seem to care anymore, and Brad was so incredibly helpful in getting our potentially serious issue contained and fixed.  He didn't have to do that, and he didn't have to send people over immediately to help, but he did.  This is what creates customers for life, and I assure you we will always use your firm when we have constructions projects to do, as clearly you have differentiated yourselves through people like Brad and his team! Thank you so much!

From the time George Starkey introduced us to you until now we have enjoyed a very professional working relationship with you and your people. (Specifically John and Minton) We have experienced other building projects with other contractors and never have we found it to be as stress free as it was with your group. We were especially impressed with the organization and timing of the sub-contractors, the attention ever day to keeping the job site clean and neat, the effort that was made to not disrupt our neighbors and especially the courtesy that was extended to us by everyone involved with the project. We were also happy with the creativity and problem solving skills that you demonstrated from beginning to the end of the job. You and John are to be commended for your listening skills and your ability to interpret what we were trying to describe. If what we wanted couldn't be done you always came up with an acceptable alternative. In addition John and you shared the benefit of your experiences, which led to an even better finished product. Not only did we enjoy the process but, at the end of the job we felt like we had established friendships that we think will last a lifetime.

I want to thank you for all your help in making our room addition an integral part of our home. The skill and craftsmanship of our employees makes it impossible to discern the addition from the original home. Your flexibility and ideas were much appreciated, too. With your timely suggestions, I know, we improved on our original ideas. And you were so tactful. Secondly, I want to thank you for the speed in which you completed our project. Very, very close to what was the promised time even though we made some changes along the way. The little extras you convinced me to do i.e. eves, fence quality, lighting, the whole roof, and especially the ceiling of the lanai proved your interest in delivering a project to our complete satisfaction. Best of all, as you know me for a stickler on budgets, you came in better than what was budgeted. Now that's how to be a hero to the whole Healy family! We enjoyed working with you and your many different crews, you all were gentlemen at all times. I wish you all good luck.

Bosco Custom Homes recently completed a major renovation of our house in Atlantic Beach, FL. Originally built in 1956 and complexly built into the side of a hill, our split level house was completely gutted and put back together by Bosco's very adaptable and confident team. They did an excellent job from planning and demolition to completion, and we are very impressed with the overall quality of the work. The entire team was conscientious throughout the project. Todd's ability to translate between architect, designer/homeowner would have been a challenge to most, but he managed the project effortlessly. This was not a simple project and was turned down by another builder due to the difficulty involved and the attention to detail necessary to make the project work. Todd is a fantastic trouble-shooter and problem solver. He also has design savvy, which definitely sets him apart from other traditional builders/contractors. Todd's attention to detail and rapid response times were comprehensive from planning to budgeting/billing and through the completion of the project. Importantly, everyone from Bosco Custom Homes that worked on the project was honest and trustworthy. We hope to do another project in a few years and anticipate another positive and successful construction project with Todd Bosco and the Bosco Custom Homes team.

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it's been having both Noah & Matt attending to the work around the house over the past couple of weeks. Not only are they both efficient in their work and skilled at what they do, they are kind and pleasant to be around. Furthermore, they are patient in discussing matters with me and always clean up thoroughly around the work site. I'm sure this comes as no surprise to you, or to me for that matter -- I've consistently been impressed by your crew with the few jobs you've handled here and I've come to expect such service. I just wanted to offer them and you my compliments.

We recently completed a remodel of a 1937 Bungalow in Atlantic Beach. We did our homework and selected a number of custom home builder candidates to bid on the project. We selected four builders, two from Atlantic Beach, one from Jacksonville, and one from Ponte Vedra Beach. After careful consideration, we chose Bosco Custom Homes. There were several reasons we chose to move forward with Todd. Because we were undertaking such a big project (at least to us), we wanted to work with someone that could offer both sound engineering and technical knowledge of our construction, as well as a strong sense of creativity. We also appreciated Todd's flexibility and attitude toward the project. Todd approached each phase of our construction with balance and self-assurance, something that my wife and I needed, as building a home can get quite, well emotional! I have known Todd Bosco for about five years; I first met Todd when I was looking for a builder to build my own custom home. I do a great deal of commercial lending and construction lending and was very particular as to the quality of construction I wanted for my personal residence. I visited several projects he was building and was very impressed by the fact the workers all worked for him directly and not just subcontractors. He is not just a general contractor but a very skilled carpenter and craftsman himself. Most builders these days are just managers and cannot actually build a home or frame a structure. I found him to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of the actual construction himself. He did a very good job for me on the building of my own home and I have recommended him to many of my customers int he past few years.
