If there was ever a question in our minds about your Bosco maintenance program (there was not), late yesterday would have solved that. We did not expect anyone to answer the phone after 5pm and only intended to leave a message. We would have felt lucky to get Noah out the next day - in times like this, many are having problems. Noah arrived within the hour, claimed up on the roof and sealed the leaky area. We know that if we had to go to the yellow pages and call a roofer, we would still be trying to get a call through. We could probably expect a repair in June. We are glad you have your vans marked like you do. That's how we spotted Noah "making his rounds" and found you all. You can be assured that we will be sharing our experiences with others - from the original "fix it up", to the kitchen light enhancement (your great idea), to the maintenance program.
